2017 GoFundMe Fundraiser

Douglass Cornerstone is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that extends a helping hand to residents of the Douglass Community. Our purpose is to exemplify the agape love of Christ to residents that once took pride in their community, but now have began to fall prey to hopelessness. It is our hearts' desire to provide the type of love that not only gives a hand out to survive but also a hand up to thrive. We look for individuals, resources and agencies to join us in providing hands on support in caring and sharing. Not only because caring and sharing heals, but because it builds. It is our desire to impact the Douglass Community residents in such a way that the love demonstrated towards them, equips and empowers the community for generations to come. Our mission is simple: Fostering commitments to youth and families that promote stability and assert hope in the Douglass community.
